The requirement to get in is relatively basic: you just need to reach 10k in at least two of six selected stats (EXP, blams, saves, posts, reviews, medals).
You want my advice, I'd recommend gunning for 10k medals and 10k saves if you want to get in quickly. Both are easy to come by if you know what you're doing.
