Horatio's got the "old bastard reminiscing about the good ol' days" vibe down pat. He's got it down so well he aged Maverick to death with it.

Can't quite pin down Horatio's accent - I think its Slavic/Russian.

Animation was basic, but served the joke quite well. Punchline was a nice bit of slapstick.

A very cool way to show your impressive growth as an artist. The metal pipe opening was the cherry on top.
