I thought for a second Tails was gonna get caught there. Poor bastard definitely got lucky.
Pretty tense watch throughout. Did see some brief flickering on Tails' eyes around the thirty-second mark - I suspect that was some z-fighting.

Its animations like these which make me thankful I don't live in a place which deals with mosquitoes. Those fuckers are annoying as hell, and you made that point crystal-clear.
Main criticism of this is the bloodied bullet hole in the ending shot - seems there's some wonky depth issues on that one.

Sidenote: You could've easily put the entire animation on here - far as I can tell, none of the music you used is copyrighted.

Main critique I have is with those scissors - it looks like the animation's playing in reverse. The sound doesn't help.
