[Hinata gets Scammed]

Surreal, and darkly funny. Hinata's nonchalant murder of her scammer was the real highlight.

The pretty dramatic opening, followed by a good joke shortly after, led me to expect something darkly comedic, which led to me being caught off guard when this showed its true horrific colours.

The enduring tension throughout the latter half, meanwhile, had me anticipating a jumpscare which never came.

Quite liked the ambiguous shots of the faceless bear.

Short, but sweet. Gives me the impression that the guy with the chicken hat is related to the Barry in the ad somehow.

I think it looked alright. Thing's animation seems a bit stiff, and the blue filter looked harsh and unnatural.

Quite liked seeing the breakdown - learning how the sausage is made, so to speak, is always cool.

Solidly foreshadowed twist, and scary as hell all around.

Quite liked the clever re-use of shots and the match cut midway through. Made things feel very stream-of-consciousness-ish.

A very high-quality season of shitposts - feels like something you'd find on Adult Swim with the creatively crazy comedy and the charming animation.
