Dark-as-hell setup, and darkly funny punchline - arguably a bit too dark overall, but I still cracked up at it.

Visuals were pretty basic, but the bait-and-switch was pretty damn good.

The lengthy buildup really helped the first joke hit home.

The dad getting blown up by his own firework was damn funny too, and helped bookend the whole thing.

I'm not much of an artist (my experience with Krita can be measured in minutes) but ho-lee shit I can feel your pain through this.

Nice work on slowly building tension. Quite liked the cliffhanger - left me deeply anxious for the poor guy.

Oberry did a good job on the hair-raising music, too - I think they'd fit in well here!
