Yeah, you can see some wild shit on NG.
I know that myself - I've seen some truly nasty stuff in Under Judgment.

Still, the hefty amount of excellent animations/games/what-have-you more than makes up for it.

A clever spin on the standard tech support idea - though all things considered, getting a fireball in the face is much better than the kind of things real-life tech support will put you through.
Also is that fucking Minecraft enchanting table text on the helpdesk sign

My only wish was this went on longer.

I didn't see the punchline coming, but in retrospect it did feel somewhat obvious.
