I'll admit to knowing jack shit about Brutal Orchestra, but I can still appreciate the off-putting oddity of this.

Especially the kinda slimy mini-creature in the skeleton's hands - the texture on it makes it look like it was painted with some kinda slime, rather than regular paint.
