Seeing this turn up on the frontpage was like being flashbanged. Impressive work all-around on the visuals - apologies for not being more detailed, I'm just shocked to witness Sonichu fanart turn up in 2025

Impressive glow-up on the two of 'em - Peter's slit-eye looks real nice, though Henry's was a bit tough to notice.

Henry does not have any eye slits :)

I based them both on many different fish, with Henry being based on colourful warm water fish (as seen by his colours and tail) and deep sea fish (eyes and gills.) Peter is also based on warm water fish and predatory fish! (He didn't bite Henry tho!!) but yeah that's why Henry is misses the eye slit, most deep sea fish don't have any way to hold light in there eyes so there is no need for them :D (I FUCKING LOVE FISH AAAAAAAAAAA)
