Damn, that is some *good* rendering. Especially on the gloves - i can almost feel them.

(Sidenote: There are a *lot* of cases of surgical items getting left behind in patients (https://www.ctinsider.com/projects/2025/hospitals-surgical-objects-patients/), so you're closer to the truth than you realise.)
