I thought for a second this was a Shen piece - you did a damn good job recreating his artstyle.
The moody lighting and gritty brushwork are also top-notch here, and the specks of red paint are a nice touch, too.

The creepiness does feel a bit forced, but I'd say it works well enough for NMI's aggressive nature.
The hellish-looking background (looks like a wall of flames IMO) and the child's decayed-looking face are nice touches - feels like NMI's actively trying to drag the poor kid's soul straight to Hell.

The car Webtoon's lifting looks a bit simplistic, and the perspective's a bit wonky (kinda looks like he's levitating it IMO), but those are my only real complaints - Webtoon here looks real nicely done!

I've never been a fan of hospitals (I don't think *anyone* is, really), but the deeply unnatural lighting and heavy dithering/artifacting makes this feel less like some run-down hospital and more like a place out of my worst nightmares.

I can see someone on one of the chairs - I think they're dead.
