Okay, I don't quite see how this follows the pro- oh, those veins are glowing. Those veins are glowing with whatever horrific kinda lethal injection the girl's just gotten.

I dread to think what that stuff's effects are.

I'm not 100% sure where you got the stock photo of the M16 in the kid's hands, but the "F90" on the buttstock makes me think its an airsoft replica.
Also, yeah, I don't think we can blame Alice for freaking out a bit here
