Very nice design - she seems ready for that action, if that stylised handgun's any indication.

Creepy-as-hell ambiance here - Sonic.exe's lifeless eyes plunge him deep into the uncanny valley, whilst his quarry looks helpless to do anything other than accept their fate.

Very cute animal/plant mashup - the plantlike tail and mane are real nicely done, and the lil' tiger lily kittens are just plain adorable.

Okay, so one-on-one is probably hilariously one-sided, but thowing the entire casts of both series at each other would probably be fun as hell to watch.
Very nice matchup poster, with some solid visual language. Makes me wish it became a genuine episode.
