...Jesus, this looks brutal. Blood looks nice and nasty, and the intestines are well done. Rinny's Cheshire cat grin looks like it came straight outta the uncanny valley, too.

MMMMM, that's a damn good redraw. The eye flash does look like something out of a shonen series, buut the subtle blood under it gives the impression this is something more sinister.

MM has nothing wrong with her eye, nothing at all, but she tries to look like her father (Peter). When she became a Goddess, she gave up her eye to imprison the God of Hate (Aka AL :D, the silly who I need to draw again), she didn't need a use for it since she'd cover it anyways.

The subtle shading on Pico's hair, and the rather less-subtle muzzle flash are real nice touches.
