Looks like a blatantly impractical wonder-weapon that a megalomaniacal fascist regime would cook up. Which I guess describes it and Ryksaw well.

Of the three versions, I'm torn between the one with fully glowing eyes, which makes it look like True Death is actively hunting her down, and the one with utterly empty eyes, which makes True Death look like a lifeless corpse.
