Cipher looks creepy as hell in this. The glitchy background gives the impression he's going straight through the fourth wall to get my ass.

Sharply-dressed, and sparkly as hell - I'd trust him to serve me a drink.
Not entirely sure what he's serving in this - best guess is its white wine. (Not much of a boozehound, I'll admit :P)
