I don't know what that girl's name is, but she looks hot
Gun in her hands seems to be some cursed Glock/M1911 hybrid. I thought it was a perspective thing at first, but given the foreshortening on her arm's pretty good, I ruled that out pretty quickly.

Pretty unique shine(?) effect too, with a dot effect on the highlights.
