I gotta say, Soho seems like a dangerous woman to be around - even if you aren't getting jacked or shot by her, she definitely has a tendency to get into gunfights.

Got a familiar feeling from those backgrounds - I suspect you based a couple from in-game locations in the Grand Theft Auto series.

Corners in the background look off to me, but everything else is solidly done - like the glow on Scutlex especially, feels like she's unleashing supernatural powers on Jimmy's ass.
