I have zero clue exactly what that transformation effect is (by my guess, its a creative misuse of Flash's tween tool), but witnessing it cracks me up every single time.

Nice work on the loafcat - there's something about the shading that just pleases me.

I'm glad you liked this short. I used the shape tween to achieve that goofy effect. I originally was gonna just animating sitting down but then I remembered this effect and it ended up being much funnier.
