Well, Valentine's came and went before I got around to reviewing this, but holy shit these are hilariously madcap. You've got a way with black comedy.

Ruby looks like she's barely holding it together. Probably the eyes.
This also feels pretty ominous in general, thanks to the heavy doses of red and black.

...in retrospect, I should've realised Mardelle would've killed a Rouge cosplay earlier.
Floor looks a bit wonky, but that's more a nitpick than anything else - the obvious point of focus is on Mardelle, and he clearly knows it :P

Judging by the bandaged neck, MM was decapitated. Going by the rose and bandaged eyes, she also had her eyes gouged out (either before or after). And going by your description, it was anything but swift.

Perspective on the coffin's a bit wonky, but that's my only real criticism - this is unsettling as hell.
