(Gratuitous rhymes aside, I really like the moe girl's design - the bunny hat, the cat tail, the maid outfit, its all so cute. Of the two backgrounds, I prefer the second one with the halftone dot-matrix(?) - feels like it fits the image better.)

...thinking about it a little, you could probably drop the Cartoon Network logo and the image of GIR on Strider's shirt and sell this as a poster. I'd definitely be happy to hang this up on a wall with how damn good it looks.
