Visuals are pretty nice, but the guy's acceleration feels a bit stiff.

Jampley-Dev responds:

could you elaborate on the stiff part?

A simple idea, with alright execution. Hit detection on those dots seems a bit wonky, though, and I never saw any need to use the change direction ability.

Eazymode responds:

Appreciate the feedback, regarding the hit detection, I found that its better to increase the hit detection since It felt a little too hard when its on the dot & sometimes even when you truly miss it looks like its bad hit detection since the paddle was moving pretty fast.

What do you think about that, would you rather have it be 100% on the dot?

A cool mix of comedy and horror, even if fending THEM off was far too easy.
Got 33 the first time around, and the score's only that low because I got bored.

Nothing fancy, nothing technical, just good-old fashioned pixelated gory fun, with a whole lotta kill animations (and medals) to revel in.

If you're struggling to find all the kills, you can always use TAB to search for the correct places to shoot.

This isn't a game, this is a public celebration of Flash as a medium and a perfect representation of what Flash Forward represents.
The $250 bonus this got at the inaugural Flash Forward was VERY well deserved.

That claymation's goddamn beautiful, too.

I gotta say, there's something just plain cool about this.

Sure, its essentially an advergame for a random monster truck game that's long since fallen into obscurity (especially given RedLynx is *much* more well known for the Trials games), but its a pretty damn good approximation of a full 3D game made entirely in Adobe Fucking Flash.

That its fun as hell, if a bit janky, definitely helps on the cool factor.

Seems like this is mainly Zelda-themed - working out where all the art came from would require decompiling this in JPEXS, but I suspect its mostly official art from the GBA games.

Gameplay-wise...well, its basically Quick Pic, but with high scores, so I'm just gonna copy-paste my original review:
"Its not particularly original (its essentially just Memory with a time limit), but this was a pretty fun test of my memory and concentration."

Got to level 9 with a score of 19300 when playing this.

An idle game stripped to its barest bones - and, arguably, a pretty good parody of the genre.

Whilst the 3D effects are pretty cool, especially for its time, the choice of perspective seriously works against it - you've got basically zero depth perception, making it real damn hard to gauge where hazards are.

A set of six cool little timewasters, offering some nice variety.
Blob Ball was the main highlight IMO - bobbing and weaving through enemies never gets old.

Despite having the same colour palette as the Virtual Boy, the visuals were shockingly pleasing on the eyes.

Newgrounds is damn good.
