Domo's anaemic-feeling attacks are my main complaint with this - whether I'm using a stubby-feeling stick or firing a glorified peashooter, it feels like my attacks do barely anything.

The flashing lights in the opening and the complete lack of an autofire are pain points for me, too.

There may be plenty of creativity in this, but there's plenty holding it back, I feel.

Simple, straightforward, arcadey fun (a phrase which describes more than a few games on Newgrounds), based off Charlie Sheen's then-topical bender.

Visuals are pretty damn colourful, though they can get a bit much.

Impressive visuals, solid comedy, and brutal difficulty all combine to make a top-notch Impossible Quiz experience. One hell of a way to cap off the series, even all these years on.

The ADVENTure that started it all - a simple, but pretty damn good little advent calendar that holds up pretty damn well.

Visuals are pretty nice, even if Nyan Cat can get grating pretty quickly.
Gameplay's a bit of a mixed bag, though.

Identifying enemies you can eat and enemies which can hurt you is like foraging for mushrooms - the ones which will fill you up and the ones which will kill you horribly will often look identical.

This is exactly what it says on the win - a quick-and-dirty Christmas tree dress-up.
Music's pretty nice, and the visuals have plenty of charm.

A strange-as-hell block puzzler, with an incoherent theme (sidenote: the author really fucking loves Messi), and a physics system where friction does not exist and Messi has gravity boots.

Also this game serves you more ads than YouTube without adblock - not sure if the dev's still making money off it, but I strongly doubt he is.

Short, but sweet, and a pretty nice throwback to Newgrounds' earlier days.

A pretty straightforward, and pretty fun little endless runner. Its essentially just Canabalt with some pop-culture themed power-ups thrown into the mix, but you can't exactly go wrong taking cues from Canabalt.

The Jacob Black transformation is objectively the weakest (Harry Potter and Jaws are both pretty much invincible if you know what you're doing), but I do think he's the most fun - he feels a bit smoother to control than the other two. (Him being the weakest overall was probably deliberate - this was 2011, after all :P)

A basic idea, executed pretty poorly - the ball is pretty much uncontrollable with how absurdly fast it goes. Slowing down the ball, or allowing the player to move it via arrow keys, would have improved this significantly.

Newgrounds is damn good.
