Fast-paced, frantic arcade fun - I was basically in a state of flow the entire damn time I was playing.

The soundtrack's also damn good, especially "Enraged". I think you should put it on the Audio Portal!

SoxxIGuess responds:

Thank you! I was already thinking about putting the soundtrack on the audio portal, so I'll probably do that soon.

A highly charming and real damn fun puzzle-platformer, that'll keep you coming back for more.

A simple, but useful guide to one-point perspective. If you're struggling, I'd recommend going through this once or twice.

I gotta say, I found this surprisingly damn hard - I kept falling into pits left and right and struggled to get even halfway through the opening level.
The lack of a restart method is also a PITA - means I have to refresh the tab every time I get a game over.

Visuals are nice and movement's pretty fun, but damn does this bust my nuts.

TweetytheBird92 responds:

I was gonna sort the restart thing sometime before the release, but I'm guessing I forgot about that. I'll try to see if I can sort something about that in the sequel.

About the difficulty - I found the opening level to be quite easy, but that's because I made the level. I do share your points about falling left and right into pits - I struggled in Crothic and Merlin's level(s), but still got through them.

I intend for the opening levels to be easier for newer players, and the levels after that to get increasingly harder. There's hearts and 1-up bubbles you can collect to aid your playthrough though.

A simple, but pretty fun mobile-friendly puzzler. Got an odd sense of nostalgia from it, too.

Difficulty did feel a bit uneven though, especially with Level 11.

Simple, arcadey fun, with a top-notch pixel artstyle. It was slightly frustrating at first, but things really picked up once I got the ship upgrades.

This is a fantastic collab full of clever and creative spins on classic designs. Excellent work, everyone!

My only complaint is the left/right arrows can't be used to swap between Pokemon in the main gallery.

Clean, minimalistic visuals and a calming, atmospheric soundtrack complement this simple, but clever puzzler very well.

There's something funny about the fact this is the only BBS Awards entry made in Unity - seems Flash was a lot less dead than you expected.

Its also pretty clear you were still getting to grips with Unity when this dropped - there was no real "framing device" (so to speak) for this, just a bunch of menus, with a "Back" button that's pretty easy to miss and text on buttons being somewhat hard to read.

Still, the BBS Awards are the BBS Awards, and the BBS Awards are fun as hell no matter what goes down.

A simple, but pretty fun shooter which wears its Battle Network inspiration on its sleeve and throws some nice minor roguelike elements in to spice things up.

Main major complaint's the controls - whilst I can swap the buttons for shooting and using my sub weapon, the mid-wave screen still uses the default controls, which can be pretty awkward.

Welcome to Newgrounds, you're gonna fit right in!

Iccyhaught responds:

I appreciate it!

Newgrounds is damn good.
